Walk-in bookings on Fever can be processed from either the concierge laptop or directly from the card reader. The latter is preferred during busy periods to keep the concierge stand free, but both will go through the same on Fever.

Desktop Box Office

You can create walk-in bookings via FeverZone Box Office on the Concierge computer

  1. Room Selector - Use this to change which room you want to sell tickets for
  2. Session Selector - Use this to change which date & time you want to sell tickets for
  3. Price Options - Select which age groups players are and click the right number of times to add that many players to the cart
  4. Cart - Adjust player counts, review session times and process payments
