- Changing the room or timeslot to a future time is unchanged
- Changing the room or time to a time slightly in the past has changed
- Adding additional players has changed
Additional Players¶
Info
This process will create a second booking in the timeslot linked to the original, it will not change the player numbers on the original booking.
- This may be shown as a double booking on ER-OS. If you know it's just additional players, this is safe to ignore
- Only the original booking will be shown on the Fever calendar. You can follow the link on that page to the additional players order if you need to find it.
- If a team needs to make any other changes to their original booking (e.g. changing room or timeslot), process that before adding additional players
Find your target booking (see Finding Booking Details) and select "Add Tickets" in the top right. Note this option is only available up to 30 minutes past a group's start time.
Remember the existing room and timeslot as you'll need them later.
While selecting the additional tickets to add, you'll see a banner above the cart to show you are in booking modification mode.
You'll also see a warning message warning that the selected timeslot is unavailable, and If you had their original room selected it will also show as sold out. This is fine, as we'll be selecting a different type of ticket.
Next, you'll need to select your additional tickets. This process differs depending on the venue you are at.
This process will soon be changing to match Manly, so if what you see on Fever doesn't match the screen recording below try following those instructions instead
Open the room selector as you would when selecting a room for a walk-in booking, but this time select the "Additional Player Sydney CBD" location with the Escape This logo.
Next, select the existing booking's timeslot if it's not already selected. You should be able to select times up to 30 minutes in the past, however if you are unable to select the original time you can use the closest available option.
Finally, select the room followed by the tickets you wish to sell. Payments are processed the same as a regular walk-in booking.
Warning
It is important to select the time, room then tickets in that order. Fever will clear any later selections if you do them out of order.
Bug
There is currently a bug which only allows a single ticket type to be added per additional player booking at Sydney. If you need to add a mix of kids and adults and Fever won't let you add both to the cart, they will need to be processed separately.

Room & Time Changes¶

This process was previously also used for adding additional players.
- If a team ONLY want to add players, follow the "Additional Players" procedure above, or Fever will also force reschedule the team to a later timeslot
- If a team wants to add players AND change their timeslot and/or room, you can either
- Increase the ticket quantity instead of matching it while modifying their booking
- Move their booking, then add players separately by following the "Additional Players" procedure above
Warning
If a team has booked multiple sessions under a single order (e.g. they are a corporate booking made through Bookings), do not follow this guide as you will overwrite the entire booking. Instead, contact Alex via Slack to have the changes applied.
To change a team's booked session, first find your target booking (see Finding Booking Details) and select "Modify" in the top right.
If the team's new session is in the future (i.e. the start time has not yet passed), follow the "Future Session" section below. If the start time has already passed or will likely pass while you're processing this change, scroll down and follow the "Past Session" guide instead
Future Session¶
If a team wants to change to a different room, start by selecting the new room using the dropdowns at the top of the screen. If you are making changes because a team booked the Perth version of a room by mistake, you can change city here.
Select the new date followed by timeslot, then re-add tickets based on the number originally booked (you can use the panel on the left of the screen as a guide). After adding tickets, double check that the timeslot has not changed itself (this will happen if the new session is in the past or already booked)

If a team has additional players, you can increase the quantity here to the new total player count (e.g. if a team booked for 2 players and wants to add 3 more, enter 5 players).
In the recording below, a team is being moved from a 2:30pm Wizards session to a 5pm Magic School session.
Past Session¶
Past sessions are handled by using the "Reservations" version of a room. Just like with walk-ins, this allows you to select a custom timeslot up to 30 minutes in the past.
Before you start, check ER-OS for available session times in your target room and try to match what you select in Fever as closely as it will allow.
This process is slightly different between Sydney and Manly.
This process will soon be changing to match Manly, so if what you see on Fever doesn't match the screen recording below try following those instructions instead
After pressing "Modify" on a booking, change the selected room using the dropdown at the top to "Reservations - Sydney CBD - Escape This"
By default, Fever will select a timeslot 30-60min in the past. Change this to the timeslot you wish to use, matching the room's regular schedule if possible. You can select times up to 30 minutes in the past.
Next, re-add tickets for the target room based on the number originally booked (you can use the panel on the left of the screen as a guide). After adding tickets, double check that the timeslot has not changed itself (this will happen if the new session is already booked)
In the below screen recording, a booking is being moved from a 3:10pm Frankenstein session to a 3:00pm Zombie one. This recording was made at 3:12pm, after the both sessions had started.
After pressing "Modify" on a booking, change the selected room using the dropdown at the top to "Manly Beach - Escape This"
By default, Fever will select a timeslot up to 60min in the past. Change this to the timeslot you wish to use, matching the room's regular schedule if possible. You can select times up to 30 minutes in the past.
Next, select your target room followed "Normal", then re-add tickets for the target room based on the number originally booked (you can use the panel on the left of the screen as a guide). After adding tickets, double check that the timeslot has not changed itself (this will happen if the new session is already booked)
In the below screen recording, a booking is being moved from a 3:30pm Magic School session to a 3:40pm Entombed one. This recording was made at 3:41pm, after the both sessions had started.
